Company Overview: The Ann Arbor T-shirt Company is composed of approximately 48 artists, screen printers, art technicians, logistics professionals, embroiderers, and support staff, all operating out of Ann Arbor, Michigan. We believe in treating our employees with respect, as it makes good business sense. Happy people make better shirts - from the creative designs to the quality control.

We proudly design, print, and embroider the majority of our products completely in our Ann Arbor, MI factory. The company grew from a dorm room project between two friends at the University of Michigan. What sets our products apart is our commitment to fair wages, healthcare, 401k matches, and catered employee meals. Additionally, our machines, inks, and most inputs are U.S. sourced, and our shirts are mostly made of U.S. cotton. Producing in-house allows us to maintain high quality standards while keeping prices low.
